After you send a request the captain confirms within 12 hours. The booking is final once payment is completed.
Full refund up to 14 days before departure; 50% up to 7 days; no refund inside 7 days. Captain-initiated cancellations are refunded in full.
Guest details are processed only for port registration and safety at sea, and never shared with third parties. Card data is not stored on our systems.
The captain may change the route or shorten the charter for weather and sea conditions. Life jackets are mandatory.
