## Frequently asked questions
### How is a booking confirmed?
After you send a request the captain confirms within 12 hours. The booking is final once payment is completed.
### When is payment taken?
The full amount is charged at booking. Charters are sold by Talya Smart Inc.
### What is the cancellation policy?
Full refund up to 14 days before departure, 50% up to 7 days. If the captain cancels for weather you get a full refund or a new date.
### Where do we depart from?
All charters leave from the Hacettepe Cove jetty in Çeşme. The programme runs 10:00 — 16:00.
### How many guests can join?
Up to eight on day charters and six on overnight programmes. Extra guests are €200 per person. Single occupancy of a cabin is charged for a minimum of two guests, i.e. €400.
### Are meals included?
Lunch and drinks are included on the day charter. Full board is optional on overnight packages.
